How do you download a pattern? I can't see where to download!
To download our free patterns you need to add them to your shopping cart as if you were buying them as normal by clicking on the 'Buy Pattern' button. They will then be added to your shopping cart but with a zero price.
When you checkout, if you have not added any patterns with a price, you will be able to checkout under the free checkout process rather than going through PayPal. Just complete your order as normal through the free checkout system and your downloads will be added to your download section in your account area here: My Downloads. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order details.
I don't have PayPal, can I still buy your patterns?
Sadly no, the only way to buy our patterns is through PayPal at the moment. This is the only secure way that payment can be taken from our customers at present. This is because HappyBerry is a very teeny tiny company and if we were to take credit card payments then the price tag of my patterns would be a lot higher due to the banking options involved in setting up such a system.
However, if you are in the UK do contact me as cheques may be acceptable, with a currency converted price into pounds.
I've bought a pattern but I can't download it, what am I doing wrong?
You will need Adobe Reader to view the PDF pattern downloads but sometimes this may not install correctly into your browser. If a blank page is opening or nothing is happening when you click download, try right clicking on the download button and choose 'save target as' or 'save link as'. Then save the PDF to your computer and open it manually from wherever you saved it.

Why can I only download my pattern 3 times?
This is just a generically chosen number that should allow for a couple of mistakes before you are able to download and save your PDF pattern to your computer. We assume people don't want to keep logging in to get their patterns but of course if you have exceeded your 3 downloads you can contact us to receive another 3. We do recommend you save your PDF patterns locally to you as quickly as possible though.
What are reward points? and how do I use them?
Everytime you purchase a pattern (not including free patterns) you will receive some reward points. When allocated reward points an email will be sent to you letting you know how many you have been rewarded for your recent transaction. Reward points are not given instantly but are rewarded shortly afterwards manually by HappyBerry workers.
The amount of reward points you may receive can vary depending on how many patterns you have bought and what type of patterns you have bought. Details on how many reward points you will receive per pattern can be found on the individual pattern description page under 'Sizes' and above 'Availability'. You can also view on the individual pattern description page how many reward points you would need to receive that particular pattern for free. This can be found in grey under the price.
You can either use your reward points in whole for a pattern to receive it for free (if you have enough) or as a partial discount on the pattern price. To do this you just add your reward points upon the checkout process. The option to do so will only appear if you have reward points in your account. Can you just email the patterns to me that I want?
Sorry no, pattern PDFs are contained within the content management system of this website in an online database and I may not always have access to them because of working in the studio or the time to email customers directly. Only in exceptional circumstances will patterns be emailed directly but do be prepared for a delay.
Can I download your patterns via my iPhone or tablet?
This website has not been fully tested on tablets and iPhones etc so I cannot guarantee that patterns will be available to iPhone or tablet etc users. The website is best viewed on a laptop or desktop computer.
I bought a pattern in error, can I get a refund?
You can contact me about your mistake and I will try to help. Sometimes refunds can be given and sometimes reward points are exchanged instead depending on the situation.
How do I print your patterns?
Print directly from your PDF download as normal once you have saved your PDF to your computer.
Do you sell the actual items shown?
No, not at present. However a new section will be coming to HappyBerry soon where actualy items will be for sale.
I ordered a pattern but never got a confirmation from you but I did from PayPal, why?
Don't worry if this happens, all orders are recieved and go through ok normally, just log into your account and go to your downloads section to receive your patterns as normal. Sometimes our confirmatons emails don't go through to various email addresses and we get bouncebacks so do check that you have added our email extension happyberry.co.uk to your safe list.
If you have received no email confirmation from us and there are no downloads in your account just pop me an email and I will see what is going on.
I contacted you by email but you have not replied, what can I do?
All emails are answered within 24 hours as I live on my computer! so for an email to not be replied to would be most unusual indeed. Do try to re-send your original email first in case I didn't receive it or contact me on our Facebook page here: http://www.facebook.com/happyberrycrochet. If you still receive no answer it will be because I am away on vacation or I am ill so please be patient for a reply.
