About HappyBerry

From the very beginning of the marketplace coming into existence my aim has been to make the kind of products that make thoughtful and unique gifts, the kind of thing I would love to give or receive myself. All my items have a sense of quality, using 100% cotton fabrics and other refined materials, making them just as lovely to touch as to look at, and all of my makes are handmade and put together in the rural English countryside in a smoke and pet-free environment.

Shipping Information

All items are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

UK postage is via Royal Mail Second Class Delivery.
International postage is via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery (Crochet Kits are sent International Tracked.)
Due to the nature of Royal Mail's pricing structure, additional item costs are estimated. Any over-payment is refunded on dispatch.

For delivery to within the UK please allow 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
For delivery to Europe please allow 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
For delivery to the rest of the world please allow 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.

If you require a different form of delivery such as tracked, signed or next day delivery please contact me to arrange for additional costs.

HappyBerry is not liable for any delays or costs incurred by customs.

Payment can only be made via PayPal. Other forms of payment cannot be accepted.

You can cancel your order at any time before your item has been dispatched. Cancellations after your item has been dispatched cannot be arranged.

Refunds and returns are only available for damaged goods.
To ensure a full refund for your damaged item, you must;
- Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
- Ship your item back within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging.
All postage costs and any custom charges are non refundable.

The following items can't be returned due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for;
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
