Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked at a discounted price.
How much does shipping cost?
This depends on the kit because some kits may work out bigger or heavier, but as a rule of thumb, UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class at a cost
of £2.95. For the rest of the world including USA, Canada and Australia, we use Royal Mail International Tracked at £9.50 (that's about $11 USD)
Do I have to set up a subscription?
No, you won't get locked into a lengthy subscription. You just order and pay for the kits you would like to receive, whenever you'd like to treat yourself or a loved one.
When will I receive my customised kit?
Once we receive your order, we will put it together to your specifications as soon as we can. We never sell items that we don't have in stock, so we aim to dispatch your kit within a
few days. We'll send you an email after your kit has been
dispatched. If you're in the UK your kit should then be with you within 2 working days. For the rest of the world the estimate is 5-7 working days.
Can I send a customised kit as a gift?
Yes, because this is not a subscription based service you can easily send one-off gifts to loved ones. You can also add a gift message and select a gift card, which will be added to your package. Simply select the option when purchasing your kit and type in your message. This is a free option!
Are the patterns designed by HappyBerry
All the crochet patterns are designed by me, Laura, and the knitting patterns are designed by our resident HappyBerry knitting expert Deborah, so you can be sure that you'll get 100% HappyBerry goodness!
Are your kits suitable for beginners?
Yes, but some basic crochet or knitting knowledge will be required. The patterns will be aimed at testing beginners so all levels can enjoy making the project. There will never be anything too overly complicated.
Are your crochet kit patterns in US or UK terminology?
Both. All crochet patterns in my kits come in US and UK terminology unless otherwise stated. For single terminology patterns, conversion charts will be provided.
How do I view my order details?
On completing payment, you will be sent an email with your order number and order details. If you are a HappyBerry member then you can view your orders by logging into your account
and viewing Your Orders.
How do I cancel my order?
If you no longer want to receive your customised kit then you can cancel it at any time up until it is packed and shipped and receive a full
refund. We aim to build your kit shortly after receiving the order so if you do want to cancel then please contact me as soon as possible after placing the order so we can cancel it.
Because this is a customised item, once the kit is packaged and addressed we can no longer cancel your order.
