Privacy Policy
At HappyBerry, we value our community. You trust us with your information, and we're serious about that
responsibility. We believe in transparency and openness, and we're committed to being upfront about our
privacy practices, including how we treat personal information we collect or receive. We know you care

Current version published: 29th October 2019
Why do we collect your data?
To access our free patterns you must become a member. Our patterns are for members only so that we
can protect our content from copyright theft and therefore allow us to continue to provide

the website and retrieve our free content and also to personalise our services to you.
If you are purchasing products or a hamper subscription from the HappyBerry Marketplace then
we require personal information such as your name and address so that we can deliver our
products to you.
What data do we collect and how is it used?
You can use our website as a guest and if you don't purchase anything then we don't collect any personal data about you.
We record which patterns and products are being viewed, but this data is anonymous - we have no idea who you are.

be automatically subscribed by registering as a member. You can unsubscribe at any time by either clicking on the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom
of our email newsletters or by visiting your account area and opting out from there.
- We record what links are clicked on in our newsletters so that we can see what is popular to our members

If you purchase a product, kit or hamper subscription via the HappyBerry Marketplace then we collect

- Email address - used to send you updates about your order
- Telephone (optional) - used to contact you if there are any issues with your order
