- You can use any yarn and hook for this pattern, but a DK/light worsted weight cotton or bamboo yarn works best with a 3.5 or 4mm crochet hook
- Toy stuffing or yarn scraps for stuffing
- Yarn needle and scissors
- Stitch marker (optional)

This pattern is in US terminology.
You can use the magic circle instead of the chain 4 method at any point in this pattern if you prefer.

sl st = slip stitch
ch = chain
st(s) = stitch(es)
US sc (single crochet) = UK dc (double crochet)
US hdc (half double) = UK htr (half treble)
US dc (double crochet) = UK tr (treble)
