For this pattern you will need
- Any yarn you like! I used two different weights, a thinner DK/light worsted weight yarn in blue and an aran/worsted weight yarn in green, both cotton yarns
- Any hook that is suitable for the yarn you are using. I used 3.5mm crochet hook for both yarn types
- Yarn needle and scissors

This pattern is in US terminology. The easy part is the crocheting, the hardest part is the construction but as long as you can follow which parts go under and which part go over then you should be ok.

Terminology Guide
sl st = slip stitch
ch = chain
st(s) = stitch(es)
dc = double crochet
** = repeat instructions between asterisks for as long as stated
() = total stitches
