Meet Magyar Maci – the Hungarian Bear!
This classic crochet plushie is inspired by the timeless charm of teddy bears and the playful spirit of Care Bears. Each bear comes to life with a unique embroidered patch on its belly, made in colours and motifs that reflect its personality. Magyar Maci carries a Hungarian emblem and wears a ribbon in the national colours, celebrating my host country's heritage with a handmade twist, but with this pattern, you can create your very own bear in any colour combination and emblem you dream up, making every Maci truly one of a kind.

Suggested Materials
- 6mm crochet hook
- Super bulky/super chunky yarn (yarn weight 6)
- Toy stuffing
- Yarn needle & scissors
- 2 x 1.5cm toy eyes
- Embroidery patch up to 5cm (optional)
- Ribbon (optional)
