Any yarn, any hook! A perfect yarn scrap project.
Just try to use the same weight yarn within each triangle so it keeps its shape.

This pattern is in US terminology.

US (sc) single crochet = UK (dc) double
US (hdc) half double = UK (htr) half treble
US (dc) double crochet = UK (tr) treble
hdc5tog = half double crochet five stitches together for decrease

G = green | P = pink
