• 1 x Patons 100% Cotton DK in White or any cotton DK/Light worsted weight yarn in white
• D/3 (3.25mm) crochet hook
• Yarn needle to sew in ends
• Some pink ribbon no wider than 6mm in width and of approximately 60cm in length
• Fabric glue (optional)

After round 4 your hat should measure 8cm in diameter

Cr st = Crab Stitch: This stitch is done by threading your hook from back to front instead of front to back as normal. Wrap over yarn in normal way and pull through to do a single crochet stitch.
